Gustuma cheese aged from 7 to 15 days. Cheese with semi-soft dough. The typical of Gustuma cheese is made by an high temperature processing, the proteins of the ricotta cheese give a specifity to this kind of cheese.
The cacioricotta has a thin white crust tending to yellow. The paste is very soft, and has a sweet taste. Ingredients: pastourized sheep’s milk, live lactic cultures, rennet, salt.
