Baked meat cooked in spicy steamed oven with salt, pepper, nutmeg, celery, carrots and onions with a proportion of 60% of meat and 40% of tomato.
Packaged in sterile and autoclaved glass jars, thus allowing a shelf life of almost one year. The ready sauce is practical and quick to use directly on the pasta once the jar is opened. Given its high concentration of meat, to taste it can be diluted with the addition of tomato sauce, this highlights the yield of the product.
