Seirass, a typical Piedmontese cheese. Today the Seirass is processed with mixed milk, cow and sheep. La Rosa Bianca has decided to propose the authentic taste using only the milk produced by the sheep on the farm, with the addition of rennet and salt. The shape is traditionally that of the characteristic rounded cone. White paste, moist, soft, fine texture and fusible in the mouth. Sweet taste of milk, delicate, velvety on the palate.. Ingredients: pasteurized sheep’s milk, rennet, salt.
